Youth Ministry
Come worship with us!
Our purpose is to reach the youth of Gibson Avenue Baptist Church and the community by encouraging participation in the multitude of activities offered. Through their participation, the youth become examples to their peers and will be able to bring others to know Jesus Christ as their own personal Savior.
Youth Ministry Activities Include:
- Youth Bible Study- Youth gain an understanding of the Bible through reading and discussion. A mime ministry that allows youth to interpret and express gospel lyrics through unspoken word, body language and gestures.
- Children's Church- Children are able to worship and study the Bible in classroom settings while their parents are in the regular morning worship service. The information is broken down and explained to them according to their age level and then re-enforced through fun activities such as games, crafts and videos.

- Youth Retreats- Youth fellowship with other young Christians in an
atmosphere that encourages spiritual growth.
- Youth Choir - A choir that gives youth an opportunity to magnify God through song.
- Puppet-tiers - Spreading the word of Jesus Christ through the use of puppets, promoting team work and a great message to all.
